Wether it's black or brown polka shorts, this piece of garment is a MUST to have. Usually worn in the spring/summer time & for special occasions (galas, fashion show, dinner...) with tights (an option). It is more proper to tuck any shirts in and wear them with small cowboy boots, high heels, ballerinas or flip flops. Up to you to create your OWN look!
